About Turning Tide Cottages...
Turning Tide Cottages is a brand-new oceanfront cottage resort centrally located on Grand Manan Island. We have had guests staying with us since August 2022. The cottages are nestled on an oceanfront property, with it's own pebbly shore, outdoor patio, and firepit. Each cottage is about 150 feet from the ocean, so you're guaranteed to hear ocean waves and smell the salt in the air.
We have four, two-bedroom cottages with: one king sized bed and one queen sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, deluxe walk-in showers and a wonderful outdoor seating area. We have also added a wood-fire cedar hot tub to Cozy Forest cottage.
Because of our central location on Grand Manan, nothing is too far away. The cottages are within minutes of many beautiful beaches including the Anchorage Provincial Park and Bird Sanctuary, Seal Cove Beach and historic herring smoke sheds, shopping and food nearby in Grand Harbour. A bit further away, you’ll find the South Western Head Lighthouse and cliffs, Swallowtail Lighthouse, Long Eddy Lighthouse and several beaches. There are some great trails for all skill levels and many beautiful beaches to stroll and pick sea glass. There are whale watching tours, e-bike rentals, and kayak tours for those looking for adventure. Everything you need is here.
Come stay with us at Turning Tide Cottages and recharge your batteries. Return home rejuvenated.
