FAQ

Are your cottages accessible?
Our cottage entrances do not have stairs. All of our door ways are accessible and the king size room will have more than enough space for anyone with mobility issues. Two of our cottages (Cozy Forest and Beach Glass Cottages) have bathrooms with seated showers with handheld shower heads for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Unfortunately, due to their size our bathrooms do not have grab bars.

Are you open all year long?
Yes, Turning Tide Cottages will be open year-round. All cottages have been constructed for year-round use with heat pumps for energy efficient heating in winter. Cozy up and watch the winter storms from our cottages!

Can I bring my dog?
We have three designated pet-friendly cottages. An additional pet cleaning fee will be charged. Please see our Pet Policy below for more information.

What if I must cancel my reservation?
Please see our Cancellation Policy below for more information.

What if the ferry is cancelled?

If the ferry is cancelled and you are unable to make your reservation we will happily cancel and refund your stay. If the ferry is cancelled and you are on Grand Manan we will do our best to accommodate you and offer a discounted stay.
